1. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Seal)

At LuxevaX, we adhere to strict hygiene standards. ALL intimate products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once the original factory seal, shrink-wrap, or packaging has been opened or tampered with.

This policy applies regardless of whether the product has been used. We guarantee that every item shipped is 100% factory-sealed for your safety.

2. Return Eligibility Window

We offer a 14-day return window starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be in its original, unopened, and undamaged retail packaging.
• All accessories, manuals, and bonus items must be included.
• The internal product seal must remain 100% intact.

3. Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty item, we will provide a full replacement or refund:

• Notification: You must notify our support team within 72 hours of receipt.
• Evidence: Please provide high-resolution photos or a video demonstrating the defect.
• Resolution: Once the defect is confirmed, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.

4. Return Process & Fees

• Shipping Costs: For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), the buyer is responsible for tracked return shipping.
• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection and processing.
• RMA Number: Any package sent back without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be refused.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank may require additional time to post the transaction.
