LuxevaX is dedicated to providing a secure and private shopping experience. All orders are dispatched from our dedicated fulfillment centers with maximum discretion to ensure your privacy and timely delivery.
📦 100% Discreet Packaging
We guarantee total anonymity. Your package will arrive in plain, unmarked brown boxes or white mailers.
- No brand names, no logos, and no product descriptions on the outside.
- The sender name on the label will be listed as “LX Logistics” or “Logistics Center.”
🚚 Processing & Delivery
- • Order Processing: All orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
- • Estimated Delivery: Standard International Shipping takes 10–20 business days depending on your location.
- • Customs Notice: Please note that delivery times may be affected by local customs inspections.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, we will email you a tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier’s portal for real-time updates.
International Customs
Recipients are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their country. If a package is refused due to customs charges, we cannot offer a full refund for the shipping costs incurred.
Shipping Restrictions LuxevaX currently only ships to physical street addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
Please note the following:
No P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. A physical residential or business address is required for successful delivery.
No Military Addresses: We currently do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Excluded Regions: We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) at this time.
